A 60-90 minute class mixed with flow, strength, balance and restoration.
Vinyasa Flow (adult)
A 60-minute flow class moving to music and our breath.
Gentle Yoga (adult)
A 60-90 minute class of slow flow with less intense poses and more therapeutics.
A 60-90 minute class focused on long postures that aid in resting and renewing the body.
A 60-90 minute class of long passive holds.
Standup Paddleboard Yoga (adult/seated or standup)
A 60-minute yoga class on the water. Board and paddle included!
Baby Buddhas (mama + baby)
A 45-60 min class geared for babies who are not walking. Mama takes an active role in this class with hands-on loving and fun the entire time. Schedule more time if mama wants a workout, this one is about the little baby buddha.
Mini-Pinwheels (18 mos – 4 years)
A 45 min story-based class to help focus our balls of energy and leave them with good life lessons through fable storytelling.
Pinwheels (5 years – 12 years)
A 45 min themed-based class with more focus on asanas and alignment. Some classes use a story to weave the theme. Modified to fit within a school curriculum.
A 60 minute class with the use of a chair the majority of the time, or the entire time if need be.
Yoga for Cancer Survivors
A 45-60 minute class for survivors who received clearance to begin exercise. Thank you for letting me join you on the path to wellness!
